All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TrendVogueWear pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect: JEWELRY, Phone Cases, and Sleepwear.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange (product name, color, size)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Wait for Approval:

    Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Package Your Items:

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    Send the package to our Omaha headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

International Returns

For our global customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid duties
  • Please note we cannot refund original customs/duties charges
