Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on JEWELRY, Phone Cases, and Sleepwear unless they are defective or incorrect items received.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  4. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Omaha headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

International Returns

For our global customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid duties
  • Please note we cannot refund original customs/duties charges
